This company are looking for a business analyst to manage change within their business as they accelerate their growth. To be successful in this role, you'll need to gain an excellent understanding of the way their organisation works and the sectors it operates in, as you'll be involved in helping them develop functions, services and products to meet objectives.

You will play a key role in acting as a 'translator' between internal teams and external parties. To this end you will also collect, manipulate and analyse data across systems and prepare reports with visualizations such as charts and dashboards etc. You'll be the gatekeeper of their data, making sure repositories produce consistent, reusable data. You'll carry out these tasks in a technical and systematic way, using industry standard formulas and methods.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques, build new reports and provide ongoing reports including modifications
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
- Work with external stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the service/function/product provided
- Communicate the benefits of your recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern
- Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
- Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
- Ability to deliver effective training of all features and functions of the report tools to smalls groups

Essential Skills
- Highly capable in manipulating data using advanced Excel techniques
- Highly capable in using MySQL databases
- Highly capable in retrieving and posting data to systems via FTP or SFTP and other methods such as API's.
- The ability to find the root cause of errors or missing data.
