Job Purpose Establish key relationships with corporate clients and the local business community to promote and sell our restaurants. Role & Responsibilities Identify business leads and sales opportunities by pro-actively driving awareness of the restaurant through developing relationships, being the 'face' of the business, attending external networking events and via all appropriate social media channels Forge relationships with venue finder agencies and event companies Respond efficiently to all incoming enquiries, converting to sales and maximizing revenue Be aware of key trends in the market, understanding quiet times which need more attention and action taken to encourage sales Share ideas to host events utilizing all areas of the restaurant Promote and develop our loyalty reward scheme, Club Individual, understanding our members demographic, improving guest profiles and visits.
