Transactional Manager required to join an up and coming business based in Hitchin.
This role will be supporting a Finance Director with the day to day running of the finance department. This role will be managing one AP clerk and one credit controller, and be responsible for the day to day running as well as some more senior duties.
The current system in place is SAP, candidates MUST have experience of using this and be able to hit the ground running.
A good level of Excel is required ideally V look up and pivot tables and be competent in managing a small team. The day to day responsibilities will be as follows;
- Daily banking and cashflow forecasting
- Maintain the cash management
- Stock control
- Cost of sales analysis
-Daily processing invoices AR and AP overview
-Supporting Credit control and advising where necessary
-Month end reporting and other ad hoc tasks within the finance department
The successful candidate will have a proactive approach towards their work and be willing to step up when required. This role is working in a fun and friendly environment and even have the occasional visit from an office dog
