The primary purpose of the Role of HR and Recruitment Assistant is to support the department in providing a proactive HR Service to the departments of the College. The post holder will work as part of the HR Team to provide sound and accurate HR advice to managers on the College Policies and employment issues, specifically but not exclusively in relation to recruitment.

To support the activities of the HR Team by providing a comprehensive customer focused service, and maintaining appropriate HR Records and databases, including the Chris 21, the electronic recruitment system and the Single Central Record.

The HR and Recruitment Assistant will also log and track Appraisals, CPD requests, Probation Reviews as well as CPD completion.
