If so, Motordepot are recruiting and we are looking for individuals just like you.
Motor Depot are a large car supermarket who have been trading in East Yorkshire for over 15 years, due to our rapid expansion and growth we now have seven sites. We are always seeking ambitious and professional workers to join our teams and assist us in achieving excellent quality customer service.
With this in mind, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team at our Head Office in Hessle.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Accounts Assistant, you will be experienced in Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger. Experience of both ledgers is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
You will possess an excellent telephone manner, be highly organised and proactive. You must possess good customer service, verbal and written communication skills and be accurate and efficient in your work. In addition, you will be confident in handling queries. Its a busy environment at Motordepot, so youll need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately in order to avoid backlogs.
You will have experience of:
-Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger
-Credit Control
-Internal reporting
-Month end reconciliations
You will have the following skills and abilities:
-Attention to detail
-Ability to recognise risks
-Good organisational and time management skills
-Great communication skills
-Good standard of numeracy
-Excel Spreadsheet competence
