We have new opportunities, not to be missed! At CPM we are currently looking for a Retail Development Executive to come join our team in the North West where you will be covering a territory of Blackburn, Bolton, Chester, Crewe, Liverpool, Llandudno, Manchester, Oldham, Stockport, Warrington, Wigan & surrounding areas.

As our Retail Development Executive you will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week with some early mornings and occasional weekend work. We are offering a starting salary of £24,000 per annum (probationary rate) rising to £25,250 plus 10% bonus + company car (salary dependant on experience).

What you will be doing as our Retail Development Executive

You will need to combine your product knowledge with relationship building, sales skills and merchandising. You will also be required to work approximately two early mornings, setting up stands at builder’s merchants to demonstrate and sell our product ranges to the building trade.

- Strong communicators, with the ability influence and build strong relationships with your customers, store contacts and industry specialists

- Motivated and driven with a desire to achieve sales targets

- Enthusiastic, with a flair for new ideas

- Have a keen interest in professional power tools and DIY, possibly with a trade background themselves
