Business Systems analyst (Junior or Intermediate) - nr Blackburn / Burnley (off M65) - retail / customer care systems Business Systems analyst sought by this leading retail based organisation in delivering systems change working on digital transformation projects looking at their customer experiences and interactions They seek a either a junior or intermediate level business analyst / systems analyst to work through the full project lifecycle and liaise with key business stakeholders. You will ideally have some experience in business modelling and requirements gathering, with a good understanding of BA and IT systems. Any further knowledge of MIS tools would be useful You will have excellent communication skills and responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, reviewing and documenting business and systems processes and gathering business and systems requirements. Any knowledge of working in an agile project environment and of project and software development methodologies would also be beneficial Easily commutable from Blackburn, Burnley, Bolton, Preston, etc, with plenty of car parking Will suit a junior or intermediate local business analyst, with some commercial experience, seeking to be involved in exciting customer driven digital and web-based transformation projects - provided by Dice AGILE
