New opportunity not to be missed! LWC Drinks has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the growing team based in Stockton on Tees. Joining on a temporary, rolling basis with the opportunity to go permanent, you will receive a competitive salary.

Currently LWC Drinks employ over 700 people and they have 15 depots across the UK as well as a Support Centre and Hub distribution centre based in Openshaw, in Manchester.

The Administrator will be responsible for general administration duties within the office they will take customer orders and input them onto the trinity system . They will be responsible for recording and correctly cashing up all cash, cheques and PDQ’s that arrive into the depot. They will be responsible for helping with daily office jobs including the post, daily administration work and receiving and processing orders.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator:

- To keep track of run sheets and to collect and record delivery notes from the drivers. 

- Cash Postings - to check and record all incoming deliveries. To record the account details, the amount of the delivery and the method of payment onto an excel spreadsheet.

- Responsible for all cash, cheques and PDQ’s which have arrived back from any deliveries as well as those which have been received by Account Managers.

- Accountable for the till and the office safe. Ensuring all payments are located into the correct place and that no one who is not able to access them can.

- Ensure that the payments received and the Cash postings spreadsheet balance at the end of every working day.

- Responsible for making sure that at the end of every working day all money, cheques and PDQ’s must are cashed up and stored in the safety deposit box/ office safe.

- Covering order taking for telesales and on a regular basis assisting in answering telephones and taking messages

- Responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.

Key skills required by the Administrator:

- Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records

- Accuracy when counting money, checking data and keeping records

- Use of ‘Trinity’, to check accounts, previous invoices and placing orders.

- Good team work skills, with office staff as well as drivers and warehousing staff.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a driving licence and access to a car.

Working hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am – 5pm (minus 30 mins for lunch) = 22.5 hours per week, plus Saturday (9am – 5pm) and Sunday (9am – 4pm) every third weekend on a rolling rota.
