Our client is a global industry leader in the protective services sector. They are currently looking to recruit several Business Managers across the UK to help drive the growth of additional services and solutions.

The focus of the role is to drive the growth and uptake of our clients’ range of protective services solutions within a portfolio of existing clients. This will include undertaking regular meetings with customers to assess satisfaction and compliance with contractual SLAs.

This is a highly consultative role and will see you working closely with customers to understand their requirements and recommend other service lines that may better suit their needs and manage their risk efficiently.

Reporting into an Area Director, you will have full P&L responsibility for your area and will closely manage all direct costs to maximise efficiencies and processes for each individual contract.

As a Business Manager, your team will consist of highly-skilled Operations Managers who will look after the day-to-day operational account management of the customer base.

To be considered for the role of Business Manager, you will need:

- Experience of managing a P&L account and controlling cost
- Experience of tailoring and selling solutions in a B2B environment
- Experience of managing and developing a team
- A full driving licence

This role is focused on educating customers on what our client can provide, so they’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who can think outside of the box and articulate the benefits of change.

Candidates of interest may currently be in positions such as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Area Manager, Division Manager, Sales Manager or Commercial Manager.

Assessments are scheduled to take place between October 30th and November 20th 2017 with a start date for successful candidates planned for January.
