member of the Alternative Investment Market since 2005 and currently employs 500
people. Headquartered in London, the Company has 13 offices across the UK and the
Channel Islands.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial administrator to join
our Fareham office and support the report team in the production of reports, client
reviews and due diligence questionnaires.
You will also work closely with Professional Advisers building strong relationships and
working to deadlines to provide vital and assiduous administration. This is an opportunity
to demonstrate your understanding of the financial services industry, specifically in
relation to asset management and we would like to see previous experience of working
with Excel spreadsheets and CRM systems in your work history.
On a broader remit, the team requires someone with confidence and drive who will help
to develop relationships with our regional offices in order to expand the remit of the
administration services we provide. The ability to build effective relationships via
telephone and emails is essential and you will have excellent written presentation skills
taking a meticulous approach to the accuracy and quality of your work.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and professional, with a positive outlook, the ability
to work well within a team and a proven administration background within a finance or
investment environment. A track record of prioritising work and meeting deadlines is
essential.
