Estate Agent Branch Manager - Bromsgrove - up to GBP25k basic plus commission

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent Estate Agency and Lettings brand in the Bromsgrove area. They really pride themselves on their forward thinking and proactive approach to traditional estate agency. They have, over the last 4 years, built up a fantastic brand with a great team. They are recruiting for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the department is running smoothly and efficiently. You will be required to carry out valuations and will be the main business generator for the branch.

As a successful Estate Agent Manager, you will give your branch clear vision and direction. You will take every opportunity to evaluate and build self confidence through positive energy and motivation.The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with a fantastic commission structure. You will be working for a leading and well respected brand name in the industry.
