We are currently recruiting for our Hull Depot, but may also have vacancies at some of our other locations.
Key responsibilities
- Providing the cheerful and friendly face of the Company; greeting passengers courteously and treating everyone with respect and dignity.
- Driving Company vehicles carefully and safely, complying with all legal and regulatory requirements and Company procedures.
- Advising passengers of fares and tariffs, taking payment via cash or valid tickets and passes, and accounting for fares processed.
You must have held a car licence for at least two years, or have a PCV licence. We're looking for team players with great customer service skills. A good grasp of basic English and maths is essential as you'll be dealing with passengers on a daily basis, and a knowledge of the local area is helpful. You need to look smart and professional, and be willing to work shifts. We also carry out a full Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Check as our contract clients insist upon this.
