The school are looking for a passionate Maths graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and already held a school-based position. The right applicant will have strong communication skills that demonstrate their ability to effectively deliver lessons. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to keep a step ahead of their peers by demonstrating their drive to succeed in the role of teaching assistant. In this Maths Graduate Teaching Assistant position you will be developing your approach and technique through the analysis, tuition and advice of a Senior Teacher mentor who will always by on-hand to support your progression. Your duties will include welcoming the wide selection of CPD and training courses that the school has on offer to not just teachers but all the support staff as well. Leading small booster or intervention groups will be part of your day to day activities. You will be under the guidance of a committed and exceptional leadership team. Your responsibilities will include covering the key elements of the curriculum in a creative and imaginative way that engages your students and encourages further learning.
