In our Customer Credit and Fraud Decisions team we make decisions to help UK businesses to grow and we protect our customers from becoming victims of fraud. With such a critical role to play, we're looking for Fraud Investigators to join our team.

In Lloyds Banking Group, our Risk division is at the heart of our strategy to become the best bank for our customers, investors, shareholders and our colleagues.

In our Customer Credit and Fraud Decisions team, our aim is simple: we make decisions to help UK businesses to grow by providing lending or support in times of financial difficulties and we protect our customers from becoming victims of fraud. That's where you come in.

With such a critical role to play in keeping our customers safe, we're looking for Fraud Investigators to join our team and help our customers. Responsible for conducting investigations on accounts displaying suspicious activity you'll have the analytical skills required to analyse and interrogate the data, using these to help you make effective decisions and recommendations.

Whether delivering difficult messages to customers or using questioning techniques to gather information, your strong communication skills will be key to your success, allowing you to communicate confidently when dealing with other industry banks, government agencies and law enforcement.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive and award-winning benefits package with a flexible option that allows you to choose cash or pick from a wide range of benefits. These include a contributory pension scheme, private medical insurance and retail discount vouchers. You'll also enjoy all the support, training and opportunities you need for your personal and professional development.

At Lloyds Banking Group we are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, and to creating an inclusive workplace where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit.

We're committed to the principles of agile working and are proud of the industry recognition we have received, including Stonewall Top 100 Employer, Top 10 Employer for Working Families and Times Top 50 Employer for Women all in 2016.

So if you consider yourself a good match for this role, we'd welcome your application. Please note if we receive a large volume of applications the advertising may close earlier, so don't delay in submitting your application.
