Arcadis are rolling out Oracle as part of a major transformation of our business processes. We are looking for a Finance Administrator to support our Finance Team. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. As a Finance Administrator you will work closely with the Project Managers to provide excellent billing and financial support with a view to reducing DRO.You will be become an integral member of the finance team by providing accurate, efficient and timely information. Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and comply with Arcadis policies and procedures
- Build trusted relationships with internal clients to ensure appropriate quality and service Ensure correct project set up including billing and Rev Rec settings
- Support timesheet compliance
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Manage rate cards
- Raise accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Train Service Leaders on the ERP system and support where required
