Brewster Pratap are delighted to be working with a successful service provider which has seen significant change and growth. They now require an interim Head of HR Business Partnering to cover leave for up to 10 months.
Reporting to the HR Director you will manage relationships with the executive team and oversee key projects taking place within the business. This is an important, senior HR leadership role that requires a highly experienced HR leader with a strong business partnering background and strong understanding of the financial services regulatory framework.
Working with the HR Director you will play a key role in developing the strategy for the HR department, ensuring it is in line with the business plan and the organisation's strategic objectives. It is imperative that you can influence and manage relationships with the senior management team whilst advising across key areas such as organisation design, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, talent management, change programmes and employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and a proven HR leader with experience of working in a regulated service orientated environment and direct line management of a team. You will be commercially focussed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is an exciting interim opportunity for an experienced Head of HR or Senior HR Business Partner.
