The Company was formally launched in January 2011, but was already in existence within the group undertaking fa??ade works to J.Reddington and Midgard projects. It has grown steadily and completed seven jobs in 2012 through from design to completion with a turnover in excess of GBP10million.
Description of Job Role:
- Price projects from bill of quantities, specifications and drawings
- Carry out detailed take offs from drawings
- Liaise with clients, supplier and manufactures to provide the most competitive cost on a particular project
- Carry out any general admin & filing as required with position
- Attend meetings with supplier & manufacturers
- Attend training course set out by the company
- Attend inter departmental meetings with Estimating Manager / Pre--
- Construction Director as and when required
- Become fully conversant with all Facade systems we install / work with
- Attend pre-order meeting with main contractors
- Hold handover meeting with other in house departments once and order has been awarded
- ???Liaise with other departments of the company whilst awarded projects are on site and attend any required subsequent meeting either in the office or on site
Experience:
- Experience within the Facade Industry would be an advantage
- Proven track record
- Accuracy in your approach is an absolute necessity
- Must be self-motivated and a strong desire to perform and deliver quality
