A fantastic opportunity is immediately available for and ambitious CAD Technician to become a part of a friendly and dynamic engineering consultancy at their office in Cornwall. Our client delivers a high quality service on exciting projects across the residential and commercial sectors of multi million pound value and are looking to welcome a motivated CAD Technician to the team to play an important part in the detailing of a number of upcoming projects. Our client is looking to offer a salary of up to GBP21,000 for this role, in addition to offering a fantastic career opportunity.
In order to be considered for this CAD Technician role you will;
- Hold a HNC degree in a relevant engineering subject
- Possess at least 3 years' experience working within an engineering environment
- Possess a good understanding of AutoCAD
- Have an ability to produce good quality work independently
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
In this CAD Technician role you will;
- Play an important part in the detailing on a range of structural projects
- Liaise closely with valued clients
- Attend site projects as required
- Update and revise previous drawings
