KiddyKare are supporting a beautiful private, family run, established nursery in Reading to find a Room leader.
The Room leader must be upbeat, and hands-on with organisational skills to manage the room and the staff ensuring all risk assessments and daily duties are completed.
This Nursery has a wonderful indoor environment, it has excellent outdoor play areas, including grassed areas that are in touch with nature, decked areas and all-weather classrooms.
The nursery takes pride in being known as a friendly and flexible day care service.
Experience in working within a day nursery Work well as a team member Confident understanding of EYFS Strong awareness of Child protection and Safeguarding.
You will receive 20 days holiday, and the hours are 8am to 4:30 Monday to Friday.
This setting is closed for 1 week in Christmas and all bank holidays.
Salary negotiable depending on experience starting at GBP15,000 annual
