After School and Holiday club Manager needed in the Maidenhead area!
This position is for someone who has some experience in being a manager of a childcare setting whether it is a manager of a preschool or a nursery or even a creche.
This lovely manager position is 18.5 hours a week Monday 2.00-6.30 and Tuesday-Friday 3-6.30pm during the term and then in the holidays working 40 hours a week over Monday-Friday within the holiday club.
As a manager, you will be looking after up to 45 children (children aged 3-14 years) and managing 6 members of staff.
You receive annual leave of 28 days including bank holidays
Hourly rate starting at GBP10.45, can be more depending on experience.
Must be Level 3 qualified and have managerial experience.
Key responsibilities of the Manager
- Responsible for day to day organisation of a large After school club.
- Management of Staff, providing support and supervision to playworkers.
- Monitoring and maintaining a quality play environment.
Skills, knowledge and experience required by the Assistant Manager (After School Club)
- Must have relevant childcare qualification level 2/3
- Current driving license required
We also have positions available for Playworkers who will receive a salary of GBP8.20 per hour
