KiddyKare are supporting a lovely nursery in Maidenhead find Nursery nurses, senior nursery nurses and Room leaders.
The childcare nursery is in a lovely purpose built setting with large spacious rooms. There are four rooms within our nursery split into the following age groups: two rooms for the 0- 2 year olds, one room for the 2 to 3 year olds and one room for the 3 to 5 year olds. The nursery is part of a huge chain and offers various benefits to staff.
Its 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday doing shifts during the opening
room leader (not limited to):
The right candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of the EYFS and feel confident in helping to train staff and ensure that those under your supervision are completing learning journeys, observations and planning to a high standard.
As room leader you will be expected to ensure that your room is running well on a day to day basis and ensure that you have been following all policies and procedures well and have a high standard of practice.
Nursery nurse/senior practitioner responsibilities (not limited to):
Helping children with their learning, play, educational and social development
?? To provide a positive practice role model to ensure that values are maintained.
?? To contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
?? To prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of senior staff.
?? To assume key carer responsibilities for designated children and assume
responsibility as and when required.
?? Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices.
?? To work as part of a team to ensure that values are maintained.
