Bath
GBP18,212 per annum plus pension
Our client has just been ranked 27th in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Not-for-
Profit Organisations to work for in the whole of the UK.
They are one of the largest landlords in the South West, with a diverse portfolio of
affordable and market rented homes.
They own a range of property, from starter homes to Grade I Listed Buildings, in
locations from rural villages to city centres. They have an extensive long-term
development and land acquisition programme, working to build hundreds of new
homes every year.
They work holistically with adults and families, supporting them in a planned way to
address the barriers they experience in the face of homelessness. They provide a
package of intensive housing management support and independent living skills and
motivate them to re-engage in education, training or work.
You will have experience working in a similar role in a social care or community
environment. You will also have a good understanding of the challenges and issues
affecting homeless and vulnerable people and their benefit entitlements.
Our client is looking for high self-motivation and excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, along with the ability to keep accurate and up to date records.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check is required for this role.
If this sounds like the exciting new challenge you've been waiting for, and you've got
the passion, the ideas and the motivation, we'd love to hear from you.
