Technology Admin Assistant - Permanent Part-Time

A new permanent part-time position has become available within a growing department providing general administration support and back office functions to our logistics operations across the UK, Europe, Australia and India.
The role will include:
• Using in-house and supplier IT applications to trace shipments
• Supplier invoice and data checking
• Customer billing calculation and compiling customer reports
• A good working knowledge of Excel will be an advantage
Qualifications and Experience:
• Successful candidates will be qualified including Maths and English and already have 1 year previous administration experience
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and have a flexible approach.
Salary: £7.50 per hour + Pension
Hours: 18 hours per week
Days: 2 days 08.00 to 17.00
