- You are an open-minded and forward-thinking front end web developer, passionate about applying your knowledge to deliver robust solutions for clients
- You are passionate about UX and are as comfortable making UX recommendations as you are head down in code
- You are team orientated and thrive off working across agency disciplines (you are interested in working alongside creatives, strategists, and digital marketers)

// Your Experience:

You must have a portfolio of work which shows your technical range and creative approach to development. Any supporting information for the projects you have worked on in the past would be beneficial for your application - whether at University, freelance work, personal projects, or from your current job!

// Vital requirements

A strong understanding and proven working experience of:

+ Developing using clean semantic HTML and CSS (LESS/SASS)
+ Developing using Object-Oriented PHP
+ Developing with WordPress:
- Building themes from scratch;
- Working with MySQL databases
+ Building HTML emails
+ Working with version control systems (preferably Git)
+ Working in an agency environment:
- Collaborating with designers and digital communication strategists;
- Collaborating with clients 
- Consultative approach 
+ Developing with vanilla JavaScript
+ Understanding user experience on the web
+ Understanding accessibility on the web
+ Working with live server environments (Linux or Windows)
+ Collaborating with SEO and/or paid advertising professionals
+ GDPR – generally but also problems specific to the web

You’ll be collaborating with clients and colleagues to form coherent experiences and campaigns online.

+ Building websites and web applications
+ Maintaining websites and web applications
+ Website auditing
+ UX recommendations
+ Proactively communicating ideas, problems and solutions to clients and colleagues
+ Working alongside colleagues across the agency, predominantly the Lead Developer and Head of Creative
