Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager

As the market leader in the supply of specialist Safety, Survey and Communication equipment, established for over 21 years, our client are best placed to offer solutions for all equipment needs in terms of hire, sales, service and training.

They are currently looking for a Sector Account Manager to maintain and increase revenue generated within core markets to include infrastructure, utilities and drainage through both new business generations and existing customers. Working within a defined area, you will effectively manage key accounts, as well as seeking potential business opportunities within your sector, using your understanding and relevant knowledge of all our individual products and applications.

You will work to agreed customer service levels and performance standards, whilst achieving budgeted revenue targets.

Our client is looking for somebody who has worked in both account management and new business generation previously. You will preferably have gained experience within the safety, confined space or survey markets. Educated to a good level, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence others. They are looking for a candidate who is also able to demonstrate building and maintaining effective and professional relationships at all levels.
