Customer Service Executive - Godalming

GBP18,000-GBP20,000

Working within the Customer Service team this role manages the customer experience including implementation and day-to-day management for designated accounts. The role covers customer queries, fault logging, troubleshooting, new order implementation and logistics support.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively respond to customer enquiries resolving the query with best solution for the customer and business
  • Provide support within the operations team covering daily admin tasks Strong PC skills particularly Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint, pivot tables and Vlook up
  • Assist in the management and organisation of corporate customers handling all aspects of account administration while responding efficiently within KPIs
  • Own and manage key business processes
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on systems to internal customers while keeping abreast of new product and technology to facilitate customer service excellence
  • ??Support other areas of the company when business peaks require
  • ??Prioritise, plan and manage your work load when faced with multiple tasks and work to monthly deadlines and targets
  • ??Proactively identify and implement enhancements to service and improvements to procedures whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • ??Establish and maintain relationships at the relevant levels within key accounts via telephone and email and, on occasion, on-site visits with the Account Management Team
  • ??Assist and manage company policies maintaining network compliance
  • ??Identify and leverage sales and service opportunities and enhancements
  • ??Ensure that all customer data captured accurately and completed in a timely and effective manner

Key Skills

The role will be as a member of the operations team, the candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. They will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external customers.

The candidate must have the ability to prioritise work, keep to tight deadlines whilst maintaining good levels of accuracy and concentration.
