About Eversheds Sutherland: This is a Legal Assistant role to join the Post Completion team which is part of the Central Legal team. A team of 7 that deals with high volumes of applications to the Land Registry. Dealing with more complex queries which fall outside the standard conveyancing file. Dealing with Land Registry, solicitors, fee earners across the business and 3rd parties on a daily basis. Being able to adhere to deadlines and service levels is key to the role. Being able to take instruction but also being able to deal with an allocated caseload alongside others. Good attention to detail and being able to understand various processes and retain given information Key responsibilities: This is a Legal Assistant role to join the Post Completion team which is part of the Central Legal team. Good attention to detail and being able to understand various processes and retain given information Skills and experience: 1 Good admin skills 2 Works well under pressure 3 Can work with others and under minimal supervision 4 Can deal with high volumes of work and still produce good quality 5 Can learn quickly and retain information Key competencies: You will be self-motivated, client centred and able to meet tight/changing deadlines. You will be an excellent communicator with sound time management skills and be able to work as part of a team.
