We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Cambridge Regional College we are currently looking for a Support Facilitator to join our team. You will join us on a full time, fixed term basis of one year and will receive a competitive salary of £18,048 - £20,111 per annum.

Cambridge Regional College are recruiting support staff for their vibrant, busy and supportive SEND Department to support across mainstream and Foundation learning provision.  We are looking for staff to support learners in all areas of the college with a wide range of Special Educational Needs; this may include providing personal care. 

We have a number of 1 year fixed term contract posts available along with Variable hour contracts, if you think you have the skills and the desire to become our Support Facilitator then we want to hear from you. You will receive a comprehensive induction programme along with ongoing training, and regular support from your line manager and colleagues.

What we’re looking for in our Support Facilitator

You could be working in our catering department in the morning and in Carpentry in the afternoon, supporting young people to achieve their goals and fulfil their potential. We require staff that are calm and flexible in their approach, with an ability to work using their own initiative and able to play a supportive roll within the wider team.
