New Homes Coordinator - Leeds - A basic salary with on target bonus earnings of up to £16,000 – Full Time

The Directors provide training, support and development, with every manager in the business having been promoted from within. There is a comprehensive and rigorous induction program and a management development program.        

Summary:      

This will be an ideal post for someone who has good communication skills, is highly organised and has the work ethic to learn the business of residential New Home Sales, starting at a junior level.

Primary Duties will include:

• Answering the telephones, professionally and politely
• Dealing with enquiries and transferring them to the appropriate person
• Arranging viewings
• Qualifying applicants to company standards
• Sending out details by post and e-mail
• Launching New Developments to market
• Social Media updates
• Completing Admin checklists as needed
• Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
• Completing Marketing reports for developers
• Undertaking sales pipeline updates
• Matching potential buyers to developments
• Undertaking viewing feedback

Other Duties

• Visiting Sites across Yorkshire they have under management when needed
• Completing sale reservations
