Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Tenancy Solutions (Enforcement) Coordinator on behalf of our client, a leading social housing provider based in Walton-on-Thames.

Tenancy Solutions (Enforcement) Coordinator is a customer focused role providing a high-quality service to residents dealing with all cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), all forms of harassment, domestic abuse (DA) and tenancy fraud.

You will engage with partnering agencies to ensure that a joint approach is taken in dealing with ASB, harassment, DA, tenancy fraud and criminal activities, including arranging and attending case conferences.

Preparation of evidence for action through the courts and representing the organisation in court will be an essential part of this role. You will lead on developing and delivering effective support for victims and witnesses and the provision of witness care during court cases.

With the support of the Neighbourhood Teams, you will proactively reduce hot spots of ASB and effectively utilise neighbourhood tenancy audits in tenancy fraud hotspot areas.

You will be instrumental in identifying Social Value and Value for Money savings through proactive early intervention.

About you

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who can demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role in a housing environment. Experience in full case management of ASB cases, including providing support to victims and taking legal action is essential for this role.

A strong customer service ethos, with the ability to provide a flexible service to customers, will be a requirement.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be IT proficient.

Candidates will need a full driving license with daily access to a car for work. There will be a car allowance paid per annum.
