A software solutions provider is recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive to work closely with The Marketing and Sales Team to identify new business opportunities.

Responsibilities -

- Following up carefully targeted marketing campaigns by calling prospective clients to identify interest, further qualify new business leads and secure appointments on behalf of the Sales Team.

- You will also manage inbound enquiries.

- Use a consultative approach to gain a clear insight in to individual business requirements and establish new business relationships.

- Keep up to date with product development and industry trends to advise on the relevant products and services most appropriate to a client's business needs.

- Accurately record and update all prospective client communication on to a CRM System used by the Sales & Marketing Team.

Skills Required -

- Able to demonstrate Business-to-Business Telemarketing / Telesales experience.

- Professional communicator with a persuasive approach.

- Confident in building relations with all levels of seniority.

- Results driven, self-motivated and well organised.

- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
