The role of Customer Service Executive:

• Communicating directly with our clients and delivering a professional, friendly and effective first point of contact via phone, email and support tickets
• Understanding and clarifying client requirements and documenting them
• Working with the studio team to establish technical solutions and estimating/costing work
• Providing product support and answering general client queries
• Organising studio work required by other internal departments
• Supporting the Project Management team, including testing, documentation, admin and data cleansing/entry
• While this is not a technical role, and full training will be given, our preference is for candidates with some web, marketing, customer service or digital experience.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing and confident
• Able to communicate effectively with people from all backgrounds, sectors and levels of digital expertise
• Self-starter, hugely organised, excellent time management
• Inquisitive and a quick learner
• Agile mindset that deals well with change
• Keen interest in digital/web
• You live within easy commuting distance of our offices (HG3 1DH)
