We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our highly rated day care service.

Assistant Day Services Manager
Salary £23,398.00 - £27,668.00

The successful applicant will be working with our disabled adult service users and helping to run a stimulating programme of activities. Driving a mini bus is an integral part of this role and Category D1 on your current driving licence or willingness to take this qualification is essential. Previous experience in managing in a care environment, good standard of education and I.T. ability is desirable.

Core Hours 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday - 35 Hours per week (additional hours will be required to meet the needs of the business).

The post holder will have responsibility for recruiting, sourcing training and managing staff, volunteers and students. Managing a fleet of minibuses, overseeing medication administration procedures and arranging LOLER checks. The employee will provide care and support when required.

This is a challenging and varied role that would suit a qualified and experienced Health & Social Care Manager that is able to multi-task in a variety of roles including strong administration skills.
