We are looking to recruit additional NQTs to support our Primary and Secondary schools across North Wales this academic year. We believe we have the best package available to teachers starting out in education with a large volume of varied work combined with the support and guidance to help get you through your induction and onto permanent employment.

What types of work do you offer?
We support schools with a variety of different roles including; teaching, cover supervisor, teaching assistant and 1-1 support. Excell provides staff to schools for day to day supply as well as longer term roles such as maternity covers and secondments. You are able to dictate to your account manager exactly what type of work you would like to be offered, as well as the areas in North Wales you are happy to travel to.

As a Teacher your role and responsibilities include:

Promoting good behaviour/ managing challenging behaviour
Aiding pupils in their learning as effectively as possible
Helping children with special educational needs
Providing feedback on learning and development to the teacher
Creating and maintaining an orderly and supportive learning environment
Marking all work in accordance with the marking scheme of each school

As members of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) and Umbrella body to the DBS, (Disclosure & Barring Service) Excell Supply is committed to the safeguarding and welfare of children. All applicants will be subject to through employment checks and must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service certificate in place. Candidates without an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service will have to apply for a new one.
