We have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our team in Cambridge, to provide an administrative and helpdesk support across the region.

Within this role, you will liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders, client contacts and contractors, to minimise penalty deductions across the relevant contracts., whilst producing effective and timely reports and KPIs. Coordinating the helpdesk function and all associated emails and telephone calls, in a clear, professional and concise manner, you will allocate calls logged within our CAFM system to the in-house workforce and / or contractors as applicable.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience (preparing, compiling and presenting letters, spreadsheets, and reports), and will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. With excellent organisation skills and the ability to organise your own workload, you will be educated to GCSE standard in functional skills and will hold OCR (RSA) Stage 2 or equivalent keyboard skills. CAFM software would be an advantage, however is not essential.
