This is a great opportunity for someone looking to either work from home on a freelance basis or to join our in-house CV team in St Helens.
Telephone Consultations
- To make contact with the customer to conduct a telephone conversation to gather any further information required
- To build, develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with a commitment to providing ongoing advice, support and guidance
CV Writing
- Have a clear understanding of the recruitment process and what an employer is looking for within a CV with additional knowledge of the ATS system used when selecting candidates (training given)
- Be able to produce clear and concise CVs on daily basis in line with set targets and KPIs which meet customer expectations
- Be confident in explaining the reasoning behind the content, aesthetics and phraseology used (training given)
- Covering all sectors and levels
LinkedIn Profiles
- Have a basic understanding of the purpose of LinkedIn and the information required to produce an ‘All Star’ profile (training given)
- Produce a LinkedIn Profile which maximises the customers’ career experience
- Be able to competently answer any arising customer queries
Cover Letters
- Have the ability to prepare various cover letters to accompany CVs, including those in direct response to job advertisements
Although we offer full training and support you will need the following skills/characteristics:
- Strong writing skills with previous experience in writing CV’s preferred. Associated qualifications, such as an English / Journalism degree, would be desirable
- Demonstrate an excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from starting to completing orders
- Ability to effectively manage large workloads on a daily basis without compromising on quality
- Remain calm when under pressure
