(This is a home based role, Administrator - conveyancing experience need) 

A rare opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading conveyancing panel managing firm. Working from home the successful Account Manager will earn a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE. This is not a sales role but you will be measured on completion of conveyancing paperwork. Whilst the company is based in Bristol, the successful Account Manager can live anywhere within the UK. 
The company has just launched a fast-track service, providing telephone and email based support to home movers. The service ensures all legal paperwork is completed at the earliest opportunity to allow the transaction to progress. As an Administrator you will be working very closely with this new fast-track product. You will be responsible for making outbound calls with some administrative tasks. In addition, your duties will include, but not be limited to: 

- Dealing with home buyers and sellers to complete all legal paperwork
- Completing law society questionnaires
- Collecting payment for documents
- Overseeing completion of the forms until they have been e-signed
- Communicating with homebuyers by both telephone and email

The successful Administrator must have some conveyancing experience, although no legal advice will ever need to be given. As you will be working from home, you must have a quiet working environment and a computer, although a VoIP phone will be provided and all charges will be paid for. In addition, the following skills are desirable: 

- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Polite and friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail

The contracted hours will be 10am – 6pm, Mon – Fri. In addition to a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE, the successful Account Manager will receive 5 weeks paid holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
