Sales Executive required

SALES PERSON

Carpetwise Curtainwise Furniturewise is a family run company, established for 40 years. We are retailers of quality products for the home interiors market and key local commercial projects. We look for and have employees with individual and vibrant personalities, loyalty and commitment this is a requirement in order to offer the very best in customer service.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, commercially minded, enthusiastic and flexible Sales Person for our showroom in Stratford upon Avon. The ideal candidate should be results driven, experienced in one to one sales, passionate about interiors and furnishings and must be able to use own initiative to follow up on enquiries and leads. Previous experience within the flooring and furniture retail sector is a distinct advantage. The ability to estimate flooring and drafting block plans would add an extra advantage above other applicants, but is not essential.

You will be required to
• Sell quality flooring, furniture and other soft furnishing products to our customers and commercial clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales through delivery of strong product knowledge and service skills
• Maintain high presentation standards within the store at all times
• Work closely alongside the rest of the team
• Achieve and surpass individual and team targets
• Greet and liaise with customers
• Process orders/sales, sales enquiries, book flooring measures/fittings and agree delivery arrangements to company guidelines
• Obtain and record customer information using company systems

• Smart appearance, well organised with a pleasant manner
• Comfortable dealing with customers face to face, via email and by phone throughout all aspects of the sale and any after sale queries.
