With its Head Office here in MK, this expanding national business is currently seeking to appoint an Administrator (on a temporary to permanent basis) that will be responsible for administration duties related to their UK wide network of business customers, while maintaining relationships and helping to solve any issues that may arise.
As Administrator your role will also include:
•Co-ordinating various installations and client surveys
•Document completion and records maintenance
•Answering telephone calls and other forms of correspondence
•Query resolution
•Preparing reports for management
•Database / systems maintenance
•Ad-hoc projects as and when required
The successful candidate will:
•Ideally have at least 2 years' experience from within a similar administration role
•Possess good working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
•Be a self-motivated and self-managing person, that's conscientious and demonstrates excellent initiative, along with strong organizational skills
•Be accurate and thorough
•Possess confident and articulate communication skills (both verbal and written)
In return you'll receive an hourly rate of circa GBP9.25 - GBP10.25 (subject to experience), plus holiday pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position with the expanding company.
