PURPOSE OF JOB
To answer cheque authorization calls.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•To answer authorization calls promptly, efficiently and professionally
•To enter data accurately
•Promote an excellent image of the Company
•Provide administrative support to the Team Leader

CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB
Answering high volume of calls

CANDIDATES WILL DEMONSTRATE OR POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
•Speak French fluently
•Be customer focused with flexibility around working hours
•Possess excellent interpersonal skills
•The ability to work effectively under pressure
•A responsible attitude
•The ability to work both as a member of a team and on own initiative
•Previous call centre experience in a customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential
