Multi-Skilled Operative - Property Maintenance

Our client is a growing and dynamic construction company covering Wiltshire and Somerset. They have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Trade operative to join their existing team.
The successful candidate will need a proven track record in the property maintenance field and will hold a NVQ or City and Guilds in one of the following areas: carpentry, plastering, decorating and tiling.
Our client is a family run business offering a personal touch, excellent customer service and customers expect high standards of workmanship. An ability to work from a PDA (personal digital assistant) and excellent communication skills are required for this position, also a UK driving license.
In return they offer; a competitive salary, company uniform, company vehicle, pension scheme and 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
Offices are based in Shepton Mallet but the operative will be working around Somerset & Wiltshire.
