Supported Learning Leader

• NJC Grade 6: £20,816 - £25,360 (Pro rata Applied)
• 36hrs 40 mins weekly
• Term time + 2 days (192 days)

In this role you will ensure the school’s Supported Learning provision is warm and welcoming. Liaising with class teachers, you will ensure that the needs of students identified for supported learning are met, facili-tating ongoing progress and a return to normal routine class attendance at the appropriate time. You will have an enthusiasm for establishing positive relationships with students that engage, motivate and remove barriers to learning and you will have the ability to provide information, advice and guidance to support and enable students to make choices about their own learning and behaviour. To be successful, you must have GCSE Mathematics and English (Grade C or above) and have Advanced Level qualification(s) or equivalent. Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team setting and ability to manage and organise people an resources is also important. Above all you will share our passion to go ‘beyond outstanding’.
