An exciting opportunity has arisen for Small Repairs Technician/Handy Person – Plumbing to join us in Shropshire.

Within this role, you will be responsible for completing repairs to primarily private homes as required by our client whilst working effectively within a consistent operation repairs service. Working within a busy repairs/voids team environment, you will complete the works to a high-quality standard in order to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives alongside improving customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will submit presentable and accurate paperwork which includes PDA data base information coupled with using SOR and descriptive works, in order to cost works which are being completed.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are have basic Plumbing experience with relevant qualifications, as well as joinery skills etc. Experience in other trades such as Carpentry, Wet trades (i.e. plastering/brickwork/tiling etc) would be an advantage. In addition, you should also have an understanding of paperwork and job coding coupled with excellent communication skills. A proficient user of IT, you will be a motivated individual with the ability to succeed.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid driving licence
