As our Wholesale Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering key operational objectives to support our reseller network and achieve our operational strategy. 

The role will include collaborating and supporting the activities of the inhouse wholesale team, ensuring that the team deliver against actions from field and dept. managers, prioritising tasks and ensuring execution and delivery.  You will monitor filter, delegate and respond to inbound enquiries and ensure appropriate outgoing communications; collate, analyse and produce monthly MI; manage POS launches and distribution;  maximise efficiencies in ordering and distribution processes; collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of wholesale department activities, as well as maintaining an asset register.

Our ideal Wholesale Operations Manager will:

- Have a minimum of 5 years in an office based operational role, ideally in a FMCG environment

- Have strong data analysis and IT skills

- Be highly organised and self sufficient

- Be able to work independently or as part of a team

- Be able to multi-task

- Be able to communicate at all levels

- Be able to lead with confidence

- Be innovative, creative, commercial and dynamic with high levels of enthusiasm to succeed in a fast-paced environment
