I am pleased to be recruiting for a Logistics Administrator for my central Brighton client. This is a great company to work for with excellent benefits.
You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure all orders run smoothly from order, right through to delivery.
Key duties:
- Managing customer orders and updating the in-house system
- Answering all order-related queries
- Liaising with other departments and ensuring clear communication at all times
- Managing collection and returns
Skills and Experience Required:
- Educated to A-level or equivalent
- A professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to strict deadlines in a bust and pressurised environment
- Positive and 'can-do' attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Flexibility
This department is open 7 days a week, and therefore you will be required to work weekends on a rota basis (usually 1 in 4). You will receive the following Monday and Tuesday off for this.
