Marketing Director

A leading human capital consultancy based in London, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director to join their team.

The Marketing Director Position is an ideal role for a marketing expert who has been part of a team in a larger people analytics company and who now wants to make a significant impact in a smaller company with a start-up mentality.

The market opportunity is significant and the Marketing Director will combine a strategic approach to product marketing with the detail knowledge of how to build, operationalise and deliver both digital and traditional marketing plans.

The Marketing Director role is challenging but will enable the right person to take ownership of the entire go-to-market process. Our team is supportive, fast-paced and disruptive in the marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who wants to leave behind matrix-managed marketing and make a substantial impact to the marketplace, clients and Alderbrooke Group by having full-scope responsibility for marketing.

CultureScope

The main focus of our people analytics expansion is our organisational behaviour assessment solution, CultureScope, which launched in 2016. CultureScope has been disruptive in the field of people analytics and won the “People’s Choice” Award for a Start-Up at the Wharton People Analytics Conference in 2017. Expanding rapidly, it now operates in 10 languages, in 61 countries around the world. We serve large FTSE financial services businesses globally and our clients and prospect list includes the world’s leading brands.

Following 7 years’ research with leading universities we use behavioural science, psychology and technology to analyse personal and organisational behaviour. This allows clients:

  • To understand how behaviour impacts high performance, corporate integrity (risk), organisational health, hiring, retention and much more.
  • To predict future patterns of behaviour.
  • To use a solution that affects business KPIs.

Role:

  • Build an end-to-end strategic and operational product marketing plan.
  • Continually develop and evolve the market message through understanding clients’ needs and working with the team to tell stories that demonstrate the benefits of an evidence-based approach to HR.
  • Create content and build an engaging narrative around CultureScope.
  • Build ROI-based case studies that resonate with clients.
  • Generate marketing campaigns and work with the sales team to bring leads to signings.
  • Create a full range of digital marketing media including websites, social media and video technology.
  • Promote CultureScope digitally using SEO, digital advertising and content syndication amongst other things.
  • Deliver professional marketing events at major conferences (eg HRTechWorld, Tucana, Wharton People Analytics etc).

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ B2B marketing experience. Including product marketing ideally in the HR Tech market.
  • Some experience in or knowledge of the USA/Europe HR Tech market would be highly desirable.
  • Able to easily create marketing collateral, sales enablement material and high-quality presentations.
  • Experience of building ‘go-to-market’ plans and messages that make the complex sound simple.
  • Experience of running digital campaigns successfully.
  • Experience of developing web content.
  • Experience of organizing and leading conferences, events, focus group discussions and customer / prospect engagement activity which is likely to include webinars and podcasts.
  • An understanding of options to position disruptive technology, SaaS, Business Intelligence or HR Assessment solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build communities and to capture the imagination of senior leaders
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Expertise in the use of InVision.
  • Must be charismatic, dynamic and professional with good self-awareness
