Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a well-established company based in Leicestershire!
Company
With over 35 years of experience, the company is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of specialist electric vehicles, large trailers and associated equipment, they are also a major supplier of various electric shuttle/people carriers. The company manufactures 80% here in Market Harborough from raw materials to finished product.
Due to ongoing growth, the company is now looking for an experienced Mechanical/auto electrical – low DC voltage fitter and all-rounder.
Role and responsibilities
- Fitting axles, drive systems and electrical systems
- Mechanical assembly
- Final testing to the company’s range of products, where no two days are the same
- Other ADHOC duties when required
Candidate requirements
Though a bias towards either a mechanical or auto electrical would be an advantage a willingness to learn all aspects of the fitting and associated aspects of the job is desired
A clean driving licence would also be an advantage
