JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:- CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

To provide a day to day first point of contact service, to a dedicated area of internal/external customers, dealing with orders, queries, enquiries & complaints
Role profile:
• Handling and responding to all types of customer service issues, through a variety of channels, including; phone, email, web
• Ensure customer follow-ups are given
• Strive to exceed SLA’s & individual/department/company KPI’s
• Resolve complex or difficult queries, seeking support & clarification where appropriate
• Effectively plan and prioritise workload to avoid backlogs

Person profile:
• Active listening skills, and effective communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
• Proactive in presenting solutions, not problems

Essential criteria:
• Experience of working in a multi-channel customer service environment
• A track record of being able to multi-task and work in a flexible environment
• Proficient user of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Understanding of the supply chain environment, and how to work collaboratively with that team
• Ability to demonstrate a professional approach when dealing with customers and key stakeholders

Desired criteria:
• A-levels or a degree
