An experienced and professional Registered Manager is required in the Ellesmere Port area to manage a Dementia Residential Home that currently has 17 residents.
The role will suit you if you have a proven track record in bringing homes that are rated inadequate by CQC up to standard, so you should be diligent, proactive, transparent and committed to your career. Also, you should be a person that thrives under pressure and enjoys a challenge!
If you have the experienced needed alongside Registered Manager status and NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 Management for Health and Social Care then this could be a great opportunity for you.
The role has an attractive salary of £30,000 per annum and there is KPI bonus related pay on offer also, to be discussed at interview.
