The RGS is one of the most prestigious schools in the country and, since its foundation in 1509, has established a national reputation for academic excellence and single-sex education. The RGS Grounds Team is based at the schools playing fields Bradstone Brook in Chilworth near Guildford and regularly undertakes work in the gardens and grounds of the RGS and Lanesborough Preparatory Schools in Guildford.
We are looking for a Grounds person or Gardener to assist in the maintenance of the Schools’ grounds, gardens and other facilities and to assist in preparation and maintenance of the Schools’ playing fields as directed by the Grounds Manager.
The Successful candidate will enjoy working outdoors and will ideally have experience of the maintenance of sports grounds or gardens.
